To qualify for an apartment home at Weinberg Senior Living, the following must be met:

• At least one member of the household must be 62 years of age or older
• All household members must fall within the income limits, as set forth by the Dept of Housing & Urban Development, for the year.

Income Requirements: income limit ranges from $17,250 to $34,500 for a one person household and $19,700 to $39,420 for a two person household. Please note that income requirements vary among the Weinberg properties and that Weinberg Park, our assisted living facility, does not have income or age restrictions.

Rental rates for studio apartments range from $398.00 to $666.00; one bedrooms range from $341.00 to $871.00; two bedrooms rates start from $597.00 to $1004.00. Floor plans and pricing may vary from property to property. Please note that Weinberg Park's rental rates reflect the cost for assisted care and are not income restricted, please call or email for more information.

Please bring the following information with you at the time of your appointment:

• Weinberg Senior Living Application For Residency
• Current Social Security , pension, employment and/or Veterans statements
• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Picture Identification
• Statements for the following: current savings account, six (6) months worth of checking account, IRA, money market, house assessment
• If you are not a citizen, we will need copies of your current CIS Resident Alien Certificate
